Promise and Protect Promise and Protect by Lori Ryan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

WOW I didn't think I would enjoy the second book in this series more than the first but I was plesently surprised by this book. It grabbed my attention from page one and didn't let me go till I was done. I fell even more in love with the town of Evers TX as I got to know more and more of the residents there. This was another suspenseful but romantic love story. The author does an a great job and I can't wait to read where she takes us in the next one.

Review: Callum

Callum Callum by Melissa Schroeder
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I haven't read a book of this author I didn't like and this one was no exception. I love stories that have history in them along with romance and paranormal. The author grabbed my interest from page one and didn't let me go. I'm so glad I was gifted this book during a book signing as I may have missed it otherwise.

Just One Moment by Stacey Lynn

Title: Just One Moment
Series: Just One #4 (Standalone)
Author: Stacey Lynn
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: January 26, 2016

Blurb

Ex-military man, Lynx Anders has one surefire weapon that destroys all of his pain and suffering--SEX.

Lots of raw, unattached, uninhibited sex.
Sure, it doesn't cure him of all that he's seen--all that he's done in combat, but it helps--for the time being.

But when he has one night of unadulterated, mind-blowing passion with Sarah Linscum, Lynx realizes that one night is not enough--will never be enough.

Her upbeat and bubbly exterior broke through his tough-guy armor, and he wants more. Bound and determined to uncover why Sarah's eyes mirror his own in pain and despair, Lynx sets out to make them shine as bright as her.

As they both know, it takes just one moment to change everything.

Together, can they heal from the demons that chase them in their dreams and find a way to not only heal…but love?

Review: Tycoon Takedown

Tycoon Takedown Tycoon Takedown by Ruth Cardello
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I loved the kindle version when I first read this romantic funny book. Then I got the audio version. The narrator did an outstanding job bringing the story to life. I laugh quite a bit while I was listening this on the way to and from work. The story itself is a great one and done differently than a lot of it's kinda. I love hearing more about the characters I met in book one. Sara and her brother Charles had a tragedy in their childhood that effect the rest of their life. Listen as Charles realizes the woman he has fallen in love with can help him overcome the effects of the childhood tragedy. Ruth is an amazing author and I adore this series

Review: Noah

Noah Noah by Justine Elvira
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

With every book I read of Justine's I fall more and more in love with her writing style. She always takes us on a wonderful journey as we read her stories. This is a great story of two friends growing up together that have been in love with each other for years but were never ready at the same time for them to get realize it. A misunderstanding almost causes them to lose each other forever then actions almost make it worse only time and true love make it so they find each other in the end. I fell in love with Noah from the beginning of of the story and he never let me down. Fall in love with a great story when you read this book

Another Santini story I've thoroughly enjoyed. Although it's starts off a little scary with Papa in the hospital it leads us down memory lane as Joey remembers how her and Papa met and fell in love. I loved the memories and how protect and loving he was from the start.

Bear Necessities (Bad Boy Alphas): A Post-Apocalyptic Bear Shifter Romance Bear Necessities (Bad Boy Alphas): A Post-Apocalyptic Bear Shifter Romance by Selena Kitt
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was a good blend of shifter and apocalyptic reads along with the romance I really need in my reads. I loved how I was drawn into the story for the start and didn't realize at first we were dealing with apocalyptic till I was already invested in the story. The main characters were well developed and made me fall in love with both of them. The surprise at the end of the big fight I was not expecting but it was awesome. I hope the author writes the brother a story as he needs his own book.
